Sea Latch facilities are for the use of registered guests only. All visitors must sign in at the office for a Guest Pass. No visitors may stay beyond 10 PM. The Sea Latch pool is for registered guests only. Each unit is assigned only 1 parking space. If you elect to bring an additional vehicle, there will be a $5/day fee ($25 per week). Rates do not include Maine State Lodging Tax (7 percent). Deposits, less a $25 processing fee, will be returned if written cancellation of your reservation is received at the Sea Latch 2 or more weeks prior to your check-in date. Deposits, less $25 processing fee, will be returned only if unit is re-rented if written cancellation is received less than 2 weeks before your check-in date. There will be no refunds for early departures or any unused portions of packages unless we re-rent the room for that period. Deposit will be applied to the LAST night of your reservation. All units have color TV's with remote control and toasters, microwaves and coffee makers. Bed linens are provided, but we DO NOT furnish towels, paper products or soap   to any of the units in the Weekly Rental section. No maid service. Coin-operated laundry facility is available on-site for guests. Cribs and cots are available for $20 per day. Rates are subject to change without notice. All prices are based on the number of persons listed: add $10 for each person per day ($70 per week). 10% discount for second consecutive week. Rates do not include Maine State Lodging Tax (7 percent). Sea Latch premises are for registered guests only. All visitors must stop at Office and obtain a Visitor's Parking Permit. The Sea Latch pool is for registered guests only. Each unit is assigned only 1 parking space. If you elect to bring an additional vehicle, there will be a $5/day fee ($25 per week). A deposit of $300 for each week by check or money order (US funds only) to confirm reservation. For cancellations, the deposit less a $25 processing fee will be refunded provided the unit is subsequently re-rented. Rates are subject to change and correction.
